Privacy · Draft notice
Your data, with care.
This notice is a Phase 3 draft. The operator must supply its legal identity, contact, retention periods and approved notices before launch. It is not a certification of PDPA compliance.
What TEXTME handles
Accounts use email and authentication details to provide workspace access. Listings contain property details, photos and a public agent WhatsApp number. Workspace membership and change logs support access control and accountability.
Browsing and enquiries
No account is required to view published properties. TEXTME does not save appointment form entries or WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp receives information only when you choose to continue there. Hosting and authentication providers may keep operational logs under their own retention settings.
Anonymous activity counts
We count property page opens, WhatsApp clicks, viewing-request clicks and QR-tagged page opens. Records contain the listing, event type, time, source category and optional campaign label. We do not store visitor IP addresses, browser fingerprints, full referrers, contact details or messages in analytics. No analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers are used. Supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable collection. Reporting windows default to 30 days; automated deletion scheduling must be enabled by the operator before launch.
Access and safeguards
Workspace members can manage their workspace’s listings. Platform operators require additional access controls. Published listing information is public. Authentication and storage are provided by Supabase; hosting must be documented before release.
Your choices
You can unpublish listings and request access, correction or deletion of your account data. Identity verification and manual review may be required. Audit and backup retention, cross-border transfer arrangements, incident procedures and applicable exceptions must be finalized before production.
